TikTok Founder Tries to Save App Before Being Banned in U.S.
Over the last few months, there has been much talk as to whether the popular short-video app TikTok is safe to use or if it is a security threat to those in the U.S.
This month, Donald Trump said he’s considering banning the app in the U.S., while adviser Peter Navarro said the app would face penalties for “information warfare” against the U.S. — Bloomberg
TikTok founder Zhang Yiming has since been fighting to keep the app up and running but time is running out.
