On Wednesday, the US Justice Department asked a federal judge to block California’s net neutrality law, according to Reuters.

In 2017, the Federal Communications Commission voted to repeal these internet regulations that prevented ISPs from throttling or blocking traffic.

Since then, the state of California has passed it’s own net neutrality law at a state level.

Now the U.S. Department of Justice is seeking to block California from enforcing this law.
